Discharge temperature sensor, also known as catalytic temperature sensor, is mainly used for the abnormal heating of catalytic converter.

PRINCIPLE:

The alarm signal can be sent out quickly enough to protect the catalytic converter and prevent the failure caused by temperature.This product is based on the production of thermistors. Thermistors are sensitive components. According to the different temperature coefficients, they are divided into positive temperature coefficient thermistors (PTC) and negative temperature coefficient thermistors (NTC). The typical characteristic of thermistors is that they are sensitive to temperature and show different resistance values at different temperatures.Positive temperature coefficient thermistor (PTC) has a higher resistance value when the temperature is higher, while negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTC) has a lower resistance value when the temperature is higher. They belong to semiconductor devices.
